Holier-than-thou religious zealots. Super-militant-vegans. Sports fanatics. NASCAR obsessed rednecks. Alcoholics. Drug addicts. Stay-at-home-moms. Juggalos. Nationalists. Fascists. Communists. Feminists. People who listen to Rush... Not to type-cast too much here, but these common titles are oftentimes plastered on the foreheads of one dimensional people. People who cannot have multi-faceted lifestyles piss us off. An inability to adapt is a contradiction to the first principle in evolution. Some idiots just take shit to excess. It's like there's a sense of belonging that comes with a title or something. For example, drinking is great way to relax and let loose. But drinking heavily and frequently can result in a shit-tonne of buffoonery and alcoholism. Or even the opposite end of the spectrum here: Being sober. There's not greater way to get shit done in your life. But as soon as you adopt a title like "straight edge" you've become a pretentious douche. Do you really need that title? Like, how hard is it to simply say "No thanks, I don't drink/smoke/do those sorts of fun things..."? Or maybe best yet: Being naked is fucking awesome. Some of the funnest, most memorable things we've ever done in our lives were done naked. But as soon as you become a "nudist", you're a fucking wierdo. Naturalist or not, you recognize social norms. Not to say that you have to conform, but your tactless inability to mildly compromise this "lifestyle" for the comfortability of others really shows that a desire to get a reaction out of people far outweighs any desire to be naked. And if the contrary were true, you sure do fucking suck at convincing us otherwise, which alone shows a sign of weakness. It's kind of like when Slut started the Unity March here in Vancouver as a positive form of protest at a white pride rally. Several single-track-minded people gave him shit for doing everything he could to make sure the protests remained peaceful (afterall, it was created as a means to celebrate Unity and harmony throughout different culutres where even children can celebrate safely). People said that nobody has the right to tell people how to protest. We consider those people stupid. Although their ideals may be positive, their desired actions contradict them. This sort of mentality shows a desire to be right far outweighs the desire to do what's right. Intelligence isn't a number you receive at the end of a test. Intelligence is the ability to identify problems and their accompanying solutions. As much as even we would love to in this case, smashing a neo-Nazi's skull in will cause them to look like the victims, and us like the badguys. There are more efficient ways to achieve your goals.
