Written out of pure loathing that Slut had for the several people in his his life who spend more time talking about how fucking happy/smart/successful they are and attempting to dupe everyone else into believing their fallacies than actually attempting to work towards and accomplish any of these. We all know people like this. The lyrics draw lines between corpses and people who live lies, because that's how we feel about these people. They're not living. They're fake fucking people. Shells of human beings. They're no different from dead people. They're so wrapped up in their own repetative, cyclical bullshit that being a compulsive liar generates a stereotypical religious afterlife existence: Fictitious! The keys on this track are compliments from the lovely Talia of The Bone Daddies! That band and ours are like sister bands, both original Ridge Radicals!
